Got all the frame bits off the old bumper (had a dent, some rub marks and holes from where the previous Bobo installed a light bar by drilling directly through the shell.)
Also, while I had the bumper off... toot toot. It’s only strapped in til I’d figure out a better mounting solution. Though those are some industrial grade zip straps and it’s in there pretty damn solid. And it’s loud as hell and on a dedicated push button.

My horn is so weak that on the interstate even I can’t hear it.
I’d like to upgrade but it’s somewhere lower on my priority list than fixing the electrical gremlins that are plaguing me right now.

I mean, sub $50 and was pretty easy to install. Though figuring out the button vs relay situation was a bit confusing til it clicked.
Finding room and a place to mount everything is a bit tricky.

I did a test pop on it not knowing how loud it was - nothing. Forgot it's wired that my running lights have to be on and are only on when the truck itself is on. So everything on, test pop and about poo'd a bit.

What horn is it? Sub $50 sounds like a reasonable amount for a bit of loud horness.
